Summary of Tentative Global Settlement

10.16.07: The Homeowners are pleased that the Cities have resolved their claims in the parallel litigation concerning airport noise. This global settlement will include all the benefits provided in the $65 million settlement acheived by the Homeowners, plus an additional $65 million in benefits achieved by the Cities.

The $130 million global settlement is expected to be approved by Parties in both cases.
